The ASCC Learning Resources Center (Library) has a collection of approximately 30,000 volumes, along with selected periodicals and a CD-ROM computer database for student and faculty research. The Center includes the audiovisual division, which has films, filmstrips, audio and videotapes, records and other learning materials.

The Pacific Collection of the Learning Resources Center includes volumes on Samoa and the Pacific region. Through cooperative arrangements with the ASCC Library, books may also be borrowed from the American Samoa Department of Education and the University of Hawaii
libraries.
