Academic Advising

The entire ASCC faculty is committed to helping each student pursue a course of study to fulfill his/her Individual Educational Plan for the future.

Upon admission to the College, students are expected to select a major or a vocational goal. The initial selection of a major is made directly on the admission form and can be changed at any time through the Admissions and Records Office. The student is assigned to an academic advisor who will assist in the advisement and selection of the student's courses. Any schedule changes must have the approved signature of his/her advisor.

Please note that although the student receives academic advising, the student is responsible to understand their degree and program requirements.
