Mission
Our mission is to develop a high performance organization - one that would earn the respect of the federal grantors for our ability to timely file required reports, for the management to receive monthly financial reports, to the safeguarding of assets of the ASCC, and the timely disbursement of students' PELL grants, one that puts people first in a way that delight those who are employees of the department and those who enter the halls of the department working environment; and so the overall vision and the mission of the College should be fully accomplished.
Institutional Outcomes
Outcome 1: Continue to review and improve its SOP and internal control on an annual basis
Outcome 2: To reconcile the Accounts Payable Aging Report on a monthly basis in order to clear out all outstanding payments.
Outcome 3: To meet monthly closing deadline.
Outcome 4: Statement: Reduce Student Accounts Receivable (AR) Aging by 30 percent.
Outcome 4: To ensure that all employees are paid in a timely manner.
Outcome 4: To disburse all ASCC issued checks (General Fund, Payroll, Federal Grants, Bookstore, and Financial Aid) in a timely manner and reduce the listing of stale checks.
