III.A.9 The institution has a sufficient number of staff with appropriate qualifications to support the effective educational, technological, physical, and administrative operations of the institution. (ER 8)

The number of support staff is determined based on data from Divisional Assessment and Institutional Program Review. Assessment results as well as the Institutional Strategic Plan help determine the institution’s priorities for appropriate staffing. Using the ISP, the College formulates its annual budget, with continuing priority given to instruction. A full list of ASCC personnel and their credentials can be found within the ASCC General Catalog 2014-2016.1

The institutional leadership regularly assesses and recommends both structural and functional organization for institutional effectiveness. Changes are data driven and based on the emerging needs of the institution.

ASCC determines it has sufficient staff to meet its mission and institution effectiveness through regular program review. Staff is organized in an effective manner to provide quality academic and administrative services to our students.
